Terms and Conditions:

• Non-transferable
• Fees are non-refundable
• Only one name per card (cannot be transferred throughout the household)
• Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by the card bearer
• Photo ID Required upon check-in
• Not valid on holidays or special events unless noted or invited by staff of Hotel Paradox
• No outside food and beverage permitted in Hotel Paradox or Solaire Restaurant and Pool
• No animals allowed on the pool deck
• Must check-in at the hotel front desk with the whole group to receive pool access bracelets
• Must present Solaire membership card at front desk to access the pool
• Must present Solaire membership card to your server to receive the Solaire discount
• Local laws, regulations, and hotel policies apply
• You may not sneak additional guests into the pool
• No smoking in the hotel, restaurant, or pool deck
